Partnership Illustrates the Power of Outsourcing for Start-up Businesses
CHARLOTTE , N.C. (April 18, 2006) – Charlotte, N.C.-based entrepreneurs have launched a website that provides a venue for Property Managers to advertise their vacant properties. The creation of the website, rich in leading-edge business functionality and technology, was made possible through the partnership of four Charlotte companies whose areas of expertise fit together to support the vital elements needed to launch an online rental property marketplace: Rent2Buy America, Logical Advantage, WebsiteBiz and Peak 10.

Rent2Buy America, a newly-formed LLC, developed the concept, the initial requirements and the design for the site. A small core group of entrepreneurs conceptualized, formed the business plan and structure, raised capital and brought the skills together to launch the new company and the website: www.rent2buyamerica.com .

Logical Advantage, LLC, a Charlotte- based information technology (IT) consulting firm that specializes in application outsourcing of custom built web-portals, worked with Rent2Buy America to finalize the design requirements, develop and implement the online marketplace.

WebsiteBiz, a Charlotte-based Internet marketing firm, became involved with the Rent2Buy America website as requirements were being developed, to ensure that the resulting site is “friendly” for search engine optimization (SEO). Significant efforts go into creating SEO content and a site structure that has the potential to consistently rank high in the major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Adamec began gathering the core of his company midway through 2005, but had been working on the business plan for more than a year. This is the first site of its kind to focus on the needs of property managers in building the tools for their advertising venue.
Rent2Buy America's site integrates the latest in mapping technology with Google Earth, providing satellite views of properties, as well as data integration tools that enable property managers using some of the leading property management software applications to automate the uploading of their property information. This is quite significant since many property managers have staff dedicated to keying in property listing information for the advertising venues that they use.
